Thomas Stanesby junior continued to develop the instruments made by his father, thereby creating a well-balanced and beautiful- sounding instrument. Today, copies of his instrument are played more than any other baroque oboe.
This oboe has a clear and reliable response and is ideal for orchestra and chamber music.

The instrument is made of European boxwood. Other wood is available by request.
Each instrument includes soft case, a basic staple and a fingering chart.
